Black Dental History Month!...Our 'Dentalist Of The Week!'...Martelle Coke, RDH!

Our 'Dentalist of the Week'

for this week

is:

the Beautiful Black Lady who founded

BrownGirlRDH in 2018, a non-profit that

helps Our Beautiful Brown Girls get

support, resources, mentorships, scholarships,

academic help, and more so students can

excel and graduate from Hygiene Schools

all over, plus national conferences are held

often to promote networking, positive

reinforcement and C.E. courses for license

credit, and she co-hosts as a popular

influencer the 'Dental-ish Podcast,' along

with publishing the B.A.E. (Brown

And Educated) RDH Magazine, and

she started the High School to Hygiene™

program, so students  can shadow and get

real-world experience in the profession,

plus she is aiming to get her D.D.S. soon,

but it all started when she earned an

AAS Dental Hygiene degree at Hudson

Valley Community College in 2012, and a

BS in Biology at U. of North Carolina

at Pembroke, plus she

has many more accomplishments,

and we give flowers and say the name of...
